Building permitting in Ravenel is now handled by CC&I Services, LLC.  Once you have obtained a Ravenel Zoning Permit and a Ravenel Business License, go to the CC&I website at the link below for a Building Permit and to schedule your inspections.  Once on the CC&I website, scroll down to find the Ravenel portal.
